Arklink is a boutique investment firm specializes in originating and facilitating real estate investment opportunities across the United Arab Emirates and Greece, with a primary focus on the hospitality and residential sectors.

In addition to sourcing existing assets, the platform raises and coordinates capital for new development projects in cooperation with established real estate development and project management companies. Opportunities are structured in collaboration with local developers and, where applicable, joint venture partners including public and semi-government affiliated entities. Through an established network of property owners, developers, operators and advisors, the platform sources off-market assets, development sites and income-producing properties that are not typically accessible through traditional brokerage channels. Each opportunity is evaluated, structured and prepared for international capital participation.

The platform also provides an entry pathway for newly established and overseas developers seeking to initiate projects in the UAE by facilitating local partnerships, development coordination and access to investment capital.
